This book/work-text, American iTalk™, is written for the multitude of teachers and the hundreds of thousand of international students who have experienced or may experience the need for materials to enable adult internationals to speak correctly, read and write with confidence and to find jobs and areas of interest in which they may excel.

Many internationals have arrived in this nation with little or no English speaking skills while some may come from countries where a form of English is taught, but the language is not the same.  It is to these groups for whom this material was written.  There are thousands upon thousands of foreign students who are searching for a way to break through the educational barrier that has been placed before them.

It is imperative that we begin at the beginning of the English language in ESL programs and introduce some fresh ideas and encouragement to the students.  Students should not have to spend months and years to climb out of the slow process of learning English language.  Using this new text,
American iTalk™, teachers can present some ideas that will move these students along at a faster rate and get the job done well. Please note that this is not strictly a "do-it-yourself" book and requires teachers who are fluent in English and familiar with the methods in the text for the best results.
A new book from the Academy for English Studies of Dallas.  Learn to speak and read English in 12 to15 weeks.  Feel more confident.  Get better jobs. Feel at home in your new country.  Training teachers to use the American i Talk program effectively.
...The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning.
Training teachers to use the American iTalk™ program effectively.
"Hyper-Vowels™" refers to the fact that there are not just 5 or 6 vowel sounds in the English language, but more than 30 that must be mastered in order to speak and read English effectively.  This new book explains and demonstrates this basic concept.
